Clear Lake City Elementary School’s robotics team in First Lego League is named Thunderbotz Blue. They won first place or Last Robot Standing at the Lone Star Tournament in January. Their score was the highest in the entire District this season. As a result of this accomplishment, the team has been invited to compete at the North American Championship May 18-20 @ Legoland in California. Participant Rewards

Creekside Intermediate School’s Cobra Chain Crew finished their Scentsy fundraiser in November to raise funds to help reduce costs to their cool field trips to Kemah Boardwalk and Schlitterbahn! 25% of pre-tax total sales not including shipping will be donated to the Cobra Chain Crew’s fundraiser. The kids sold more than $4,000 in Scentsy raising more than $1000 in much needed funds for their organization.
