Q. Will Scentsy sign up people who don’t have connections with a Scentsy Consultant?
A. No. All people interested in becoming Scentsy Consultants must join through an existing
Scentsy Consultant. I would love to sponsor you! I am a US Scentsy Independent Star Director with a
team of more than 230 other Scentsy consultants that I lead and mentor to help them with their Scentsy business. I would love to help you as you begin your Scentsy business in the UK or Germany. I can also put you in touch with other UK and Germany consultants so you can share ideas as you begin to build your Scentsy business. You will get a Scentsy Website that will be unique to you. The website address will be “your choice of words here” followed by scentsy.co.uk

Q. Which European markets is Scentsy launching in?
A. Scentsy will initially offer products and the business opportunity in the United Kingdom (U.K.) and Germany.
Q. When will Scentsy launch?
A. Our official launch date was April 18, 2011. You can go to this website to begin filling out your enrollment forms and selecting your Scentsy website name. Just choose your country and language, then confirm your Scentsy sponsor of Heather Llanes to join.
Q. Will anyone be able to join, or only existing Consultants?
A. Anyone living in the U.K. or Germany will be able to join.
Q. Can Consultants who live in the U.S. or on U.S. military bases in the U.K. or Germany sell in those countries?
A. No. Consultants on U.S. military bases technically live in the U.S. for business and income purposes. However, if a U.S. or Canadian Consultant meets the requirements for enrolling as a Consultant in another country (that is, they have a work visa or other legal permission to work in that country), they have the option of submitting a Change of Country form. In this case, they will give up their right to sell in the U.S. or on U.S. military bases, but they would keep their existing downline.
Q. What is cross-border sponsoring?
A. Cross-border sponsoring allows Consultants in good standing to sponsor new Consultants in other countries or regions. Existing Consultants in the U.S. and Canada will be able to sponsor in the U.K. and/or Germany as long as they are in good standing with Scentsy. Likewise, Consultants in the U.K. and Germany will be able to sponsor in the U.S. and/or Canada.
Q.Which countries is Scentsy launching in?
The United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales), and Germany.
Q.What products is Scentsy offering in Europe?
Scentsy is offering 50 fragrances, 19 Full-Size Scentsy Warmers, 6 Mid-Size Scentsy Warmers, and Warmer Stands. In addition, there are four Combine and Save offerings: Scentsy Bar 3-Pack, Scentsy Bar 6-Pack, Perfect Scentsy (Full-Size) and Perfect Scentsy (Mid-Size).

Q.Why is Scentsy only launching with Scentsy Warmers and Scentsy Bars?
Just as Scentsy launched in the U.S. and grew virally, offering more and different products as we learned and grew, we want to do the same in Europe.
As the authentic wickless candle company, we want to showcase our warmers and wax products before introducing other products to the market.
Q.Are the warmers or scents different in Europe?
To meet European requirements, the light bulbs used in Scentsy Warmers have been replaced with heating elements to melt the wax and LEDs to provide light through the vents. Electric voltage is different in the U.K. and in Germany and Scentsy Warmers for Europe are designed for use in those markets.
Scents for the European markets are manufactured in France, but the 50 fragrances included in the catalog are Scentsy fragrances popular in the U.S.

Q.How are products priced for European markets?
The United Kingdom (U.K.) prices are in British pounds (£); Germany prices are euros (€). European pricing is “VAT inclusive.”
Q.What does “VAT inclusive” mean?
“VAT” stands for “value added tax.” It is country-specific tax on the purchase price of some products and varies from country to country. Scentsy product sales will include VAT in the U.K. and Germany.
